We use UPS (www.ups.com) for shipping all national and interrnational orders.

Shipping method

After adding an item to your shopping cart, simply click on the "checkout " button, then choose shipping address where we can send your order to, and then select available delivery options (Via UPS) then select Continue. It's that easy.

After choosing where and how to ship your items, you press the Continue button where you can pay for your order. Just select the payment method and as credit card type, Credit Card Owner, Credit Card Number, Credit Card Expiry Date and CVV number.

How can I check the status of my order?

Order Status allows you to check on the status of all your recent orders, whether a single order or more extensive history by clicking in my account.

How can I cancel my online order?

Since fast delivery time is important to us, we process orders throughout the day. Please keep in mind that if your order has already been processed, our customer service department will be unable to cancel it. Also see "How do I return an item?"

How quickly will I receive my order?

Orders for all in-stock merchandise are processed within 48 hours. Items shipped by standard delivery methods should be received within 7-10 days. If you have chosen express delivery, you should receive your item within 5 days. Some specialty items may require additional delivery time.

How can I track my order?

You can check the status of your order by checking your order history at my account information.

How do I ship a package to a friend?

It's easy! After clicking on the "checkout " button in the shopping
cart, you can enter your friend's delivery address. You can maintain an unlimited list of addresses in your account's address book and select from those saved addresses on the "Address Book Entries " page. When entering a new address, you will be asked to supply a name for the entry. This makes identifying your recipient easy and quick. When you have entered the information for an address, click the "continue " button to proceed with checkout, select the address you wish to send your item to and complete your order.

If I live outside the U.S., can I order from albanianshopping.com?

Yes you can place you order even if you dont live in the US. We ship orders in any country in the world where UPS have access.
